Dennis came to visit!!

We had a few day of adventures featuring the sunbathers at Baker Beach, the windmill at Golden gate park and Central Park in San Mateo!

We ate a great BBQ that Don cooked up with ribs and spent a great evening chatting
it up with Jan. our fave!

The best was, it was ONE MILLION degrees here the whole time and now it is a
perfect 78 today. ...figures...

Can't wait till he comes back to visit again and does the hunchback walk with me.

Beth and Jack's shower!

Beth and Joaquin are expecting their first baby on August 1st!
Jordanna Rose Trujillio.
And Beth CANT WAIT!

Donna held the party at her house because not only is her daughter expecting
but also her daughter in law, Chiharro!

So we had a lovely time talking and eating and playing with babies-
We found a cute young man that we plan on marrying our litte
kicks off to one day.

and then, since Beth is a Doula as well...she has these cool charts that
show how big the baby is to scale! She takes up my whole belly when you see
the one i am standing in front of is 32 weeks and I'm 33 now!

Dan and Toby to visit

Dan and Toby came over for dinner. First though, we tuckered them out with frisbee in our favorite park.

For dinner...Steaks, potatoes and corn a la Don
For dessert....Baskin Robins!!

Finishing up the Baby's room!

I found the cutest thing for the baby's room.

Since we aren't going to paint her room, I have been lamenting the
lack of color.
So I tried by adding colorful bedding to the crib and
futon














and toys and essentials are all colorful too.

But then I found Wallies at Target! They are like little
pieces of wallpaper that are easy to remove and wont hurt
the walls so our Landlord can love them too!

BBQ with Greg Partch and friends~

Greg Partch came out for another visit with Jessica and brought a metric ton of beef."Why" you may ask?I know, I asked the same question.... Because its tasty.

Okay. So we grilled it up and had a blast at Stacia's house.

Kenny was serving watermellon.

Stacia inspected the goods.

A good time was had by all~!

Thank you to Greg who also brought some of hishome-sugared maple syrup. Do you know how much work it takes just to make a gallon!YUMMMM Pancake time.xoxo

Date Night!

We went to Malibu Mini Golf and boy is that place run down!














Every Tuesday is 10 dollars- all you can play in the arcade
and the putt-putt.
We lasted about an hour.














Shoulda gone to the movies instead!

Continuity Jason Mcnamara's GRAPHIC novel release party!

Don and I met up with our good friend Joel for some dinner and a night out at the Isotope Comic Lounge in SF. It was the celebration of my cousin Jason's first full length graphic novel release!





The crowd was really positive and enthusiastic about the new book. Critics have had some great things to say about it and Jason was proud of his most recent masterpiece.

July 4th!

We went to Foster City for the fireworks this 4th and it was perfect!
Music, families, hot cocoa and cold nachos :)
The fireworks were great and the best part was the way that
we RAN to the car to beat the crowd and people were
sprinting to get there!
Took some pics so you could see how big this belly is getting ...
Thank goodness for long tank tops and the Bella Band!
